ScoutBook

As parents, your role is to support your child through their scouting journey. The two most important things you can do to support your scout is to 1) make sure they come to each meeting and outdoor activities, and 2) help the leaders maintain their ScoutBook profile.

ScoutBook is how the Pack tracks the progress of your scout. Without a properly updated scout profile, your scout may miss out on earning Den awards or other Pack awards and recognition. When your child joins the scouts they will be assigned a scout ID number in their profile. As a parent, please ensure their profile is filled out completely including your contact info so that you'll receive messages regarding the Pack's activities.

Participation Forms

Depending on the activity, each scout and accompanying parent must fill out medical consent forms called ABC forms. The forms are split in to two categories:

  • All scouting events less than 72 hours in duration; download here

  • Resident campers and trips greater than 72 hours in duration; download here

These forms are mandatory and may be turned in to your Den leader, Assistant Cubmaster, or the Cubmaster.
